it's usually either
Small weight, alot of reps per set or
heavy weights, less reps per set
Small being something the individual can lift easily and large being something that is hard for them to lift.

I guess I should of mentioned 'weights' equals to lifting the max weight you can the max amount of times so it's not really classed as reps whereas if you're lifting the weight which doesn't quite hit your peak for a set amount then it's reps.
I think we're both on the same track, just making sense of it!!
Yeah haha, think it's just complicated to explain.
it probably depends on the individual as well at the end of the day. What works for one person might not show the same results for another.
