Going by Sulake they can hardly keep the names of their furniture updated, nevermind updating values every day.



As others have said, another site would just rise and become the main one instead of Habbox (has only happened once where a site actually beat Habbox [over 50% of users used it I would estimate] and that was Vodor - Anyway its far better with Habbox because Habbox tends not to have big casino dealers with any influence over values. More to the point, it does appear that you can actually change the average prices on the marketplace on purpose (aka fixing) by putting your item that you want to buy in for a low price, buying for a low price and keep repeating that. Then when somebody comes to sell, they might just look at the average (which would then be low) and put it up for that price, thus the person who is collecting that certain rare can buy them all up nice and cheap.

Tbh you could do it with clones too, as long as people knew it wasn't you.
