OK here's the deal; you can be Batman if you invent a material that is completely flexible but can be strengthened at will to become hard and resistant in order to be used as a cape which also allows the wearer to glide. Not to mention whatever materials his Bat-suit (which is bullet proof), Bat-mobile and various weapons are made out of.

You can also be Iron Man if you invent an even better material like whatever his suit is made out of, as well as making it able to fly and shoot rockets, on top of being fully manoeuvrable, un-restricting and once again, bullet proof. Along with this, a very durable and reliable pace-maker would be required - just for authenticity's sake
