Even if you made a complaint to Sulake about Ludus and his website, they would just wipe their hands of all responsibility because it's an independent website unassociated with Habbo. They may even go as far as saying what he does in his spare time outside of Habbo is his own business which would probably cut any relation between his site and this Habbo ban.
