Habbo do not have the same copyright arrangements as Myspace. They'll just treat it as a Habbo server and have it taken down, how much did you even pay for it?

Yes, it was, however it was the first registered Habbo fansite and it was created before Habbo was a trademark (or before habbohotel became Habbo I forget which) meaning that they cannot force them to take it down.

Because Habbo is now trademarked, they can legally take it down because of imitation.

Techinically not, the habbo trademark/domains only applys to major TLDs e.g .com,.co.uk,.com.au etc .la Is not a major tld same as .am. But if you have any queries about it just contact sulake and ask.
