depends on the temperature.
my radiator's broke, so if its really cold, i'll wear my soul cal joggers (seen on first post) - this is because i soon warm up in bed.
now, i'm wearing boxers.
summer, i may sleep naked. i do abroad anyway

Unless it's really cold, then I will sometimes wear shorts.
