Lol it depends really sometimes once a day in a week sometimes once a week idk. It varies. Depends what I eat and where I am I guess. Because I am not a big fan of pooing anywhere but in my own house.

This depends how much fibre your meals actually have for an example when your out in the field eating Ration Packs - Hamburger and beanssss (h)
They have no fibre, and also the Packet of biscuits you get (Pink and Green)
Knowing my luck ill get it the wrong way round but i think

Pink = No Fibre (Stops you from having a dump (putting it nicely))
Green = Gives you fibre (You drop the bombs)

And on average once or twice a day :L
