Money or skills?

The skills. Skills take a lot of time. Time is more valuable than money. Time can also be used to generate money.

With skills generating money is easier and takes less time though.

I've always had decent skills and no money, I hate having loads of money on RS because I'm a spender, not a saver.

same, i would rather spend 100m on getting 99 herblore or sumin, rather than buying some flashy sword tbh.

You could use the "flashy sword" to get another 100M and get herb..

Well atm i have a decent amount of 99s and a decent amount of money.
But usually once i hit 100m i just go for another 99 or something? So i guess I'd rather have skills then make the money i dunno
