Octopus is probably the only thing really. Liver isn't weird! What's 'gizzard' though?

Ostrich, goat (not exactly weird but not very common)
I've had wheatgrass juice too which I found incredibly weird, why would someone want to drink something that literally tastes like grass cuttings? :|
