    The stub underneath it should still work, so you could get round it for now.

    What make and model is your laptop? If you felt confident enough you could get hold of a new keyboard (usually they're £20-£40 depending on the model) and fit it yourself.

    or you could just pull the space bar off the keyboard and put the hinges back in there slots?
