It wont get stickied and there wont be an announcement as Habbox want's no 'official' Runescape stuff.
It will still work if you get more people to join.
It's silly trying to start a new one the IRC channel still exists with a few people in it.

I know you are, just saying... It doesnt need to be stickied it's fine in a thread like this and I was just saying theres a few people still in that IRC channel, be easier to rebuild the community from there.

If it was stickied then new members would see it easier, thats the only reason I would like to to be stickied. Also not as many people use SwiftKit/mIRC compared to what they did and also #habbox-chat currently is more like an idle channel.

Clan chats are also easier to use for newer people than IRC/mIRC.
