I love it when people say that! Its not illegal. Their T&C states that they can ban you whenever they want without a reason. They can ban you right now just because they feel like it and you cannot do anything. Why? Because you agreed to their T&C before you registered. You still agree to it by playing.

By applying to enter this competition, you are agreeing to the competition T&C.

People need to get that in to their head.

I'm not saying they can't ban you. I'm saying that history shows they won't and it's not really in the spirit of Habbo really, it's all just to attract attention to it and attempt to spice things up. Of course I might be wrong but I'd be willing to bet my Habbo account that I wouldn't get permed.
