Not sure what it isw now, but would it be possible to say like Bronze and Silver members cannot actually make groups? Then a limit on group made up until Platinum?

A sensible idea really, it's a wasted feature for VIPs, seeing as they barely exist and for obvious reasons, donators cannot have them Emerald and Platinum members looks to be the way to go, or maybe have group administration, where group ideas are put forward? Then again, members would complain admins are being boring

There would have to be some manner of moderating it, it will be a few weeks before we consider adding them and if we do I imagine we will do it in a carefully thought out way
