Crap, in a scene in Evangelion 2.0 Asuka is wearing a rather skin-tight revealing plugsuit, I hope this new law won't affect the movie. I guess the BBFC are going to start making cuts to a lot of anime now, especially ecchi shows which will pretty much render them pointless. Theres nothing I hate more than watching something I know has been cut. Damn censorship laws. Why must the UK of all places have this implemented?

Don't look if your young or anything its not bad and it is in a show aimed at Young Teenagers so i'd like to see if this gets removed or not and for what reason.

Nothing bad is happening there just someone looped it sorta. but yes if she had been 17 and this was released in the UK

Japanese can be idiots sometimes show stuff like that but will cut out ppl putting middle fingers up -.-

Anyway ban dosen't effect me so im good, when they start editing will just be more reason to order form the US. Just have to wait and see if anything gets edited on release here.

But yes say she was 16-17 in the show i could see certain parts in the manga being edited out, Pretty sure there some laws about showing underagers smoking aswell but sanji is 19. sure smoking is 21 in japan. Meh Pretty sure don;t need to worry about manga tho since the volumes are normaly just imported from america.

There is some law about showing underage smokers? Even in anime and manga? Nobue Itoh in Ichigo Mashimaro is sixteen and smokes, its like the most major part of her character as well. If they start censoring Ichigo Mashimaro of all things then that is stooping to new levels. Though now I think about it I don't really think this new law will affect the industry much. Even in most eechi shows the fanservice parts aren't on screen for that long, they come in quick bursts and its not like many anime does display underage characters in such situations. There may be the odd panty shot, but thats it.
