The donations which remain anoyomous can be passed to Lord Pearsons company which I believe is called Global Britain, as Lord Pearson himself said in the undercover interview 'its not worth risking it' and he didnt risk it, UKIP remained within the law at all times and within the rules set by the commission. If they had acted outside the law, it would be investigated and the BBC and so forth would jump on it.

yeah but from what i can tell, the films the libdem woman was in didn't have some odd fetishes in and i'm sure the party knew full well. UKIP, it appears, didn't know about this when he was appointed. Plus the libdems have a larger voter base than UKIP and as a party on the rise, it doesn't do them any favours when a more senior member is seen to make some films in questionable taste at least semi-commercially.
