i think a general thread for discussion regarding the general elections should be stuck, then after the elections unstuck imo.

The forums are fine as they are, Habbox went down the route of making a forum for every tiny thing a while back and it ended up killing the forums.

No point, it'll die down after the elections. It's kinda like when Habbo do something that gains alot of attention, and the Habbo forums get filled with similar threads, or the Tech forums having nothing but iPad discussions

Hence I asked for a temporary General Election forum which can be remerged after the elections. Just ensures all threads stay in one place.

For example, if I wanted to ask people who they will be voting, I will have to post it in Discuss Anything. Its only for a month and I dont see any harm.

Why would you have to post it in Discuss Anything?

I asked Garion where it would be suited best: Current Affairs or Discuss Anything. He said Discuss Anything.

Like I said, its temporary, only for a month and will do no harm. It will only benefit the forum as all election related news etc can be in one place, nice and neat and easier to discuss.

This thread didn't seem to cause too much of a problem, and its in a similar vein as what your poll would be. To be fair either forum could happily house it but I wouldnt say one was better than the other for it.

I don't think there's enough call or reason for it, its fine in the Current Affairs section.

can we make some sort of rule up about people turning normal threads about new into 10 page political debates while we r here? gets really annoying, every bloody there, hence why i no longer post news.

Dander; Why on earth do you feel the need to create a General Election thread in Discuss Anything despite all the replies in here. Because you didn't get your sub-forum you feel the need to sulk and create a thread in Discuss Anything. You know full well all the general election threads have been in Current Affairs :S

    http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=638032

Now there is no central place for all the political threads, your being very awkward imo.
