The user that has been most active recently. I assume they count things like online time level, months of hc, etc.

No, the ace was the deletion of inactive accounts. How dense lol

They deleted accounts with no furni and that had only logged in once last week. So they are probably gone by now.

they're deleted now, I managed to get a couple.. albeit they're awful lol the likely hood that a "good" name would be deleted for inactivity on five hotels is low, therefore there isn't actually that many if you search and are very lucky you should find a good one though.
