The Gadget Show don't pay for the prizes so anything they make from phone sales is a profit other than delivery. They are given them for advertising purposes. Think about it, Sony could pay thousands to put a Bravia ad on Channel 5 or they could give the Gadget show a Bravia tv which will cost them a few hundred at most.
