If it has XP then I hope you didnt buy the upgrade; fresh install disc only pls.!
If its vista I hope you bought the correct version (e.g Vista Home Professional -> Windows 7 Home Professional)
If not, waste of money

Sorry if im wrong but if you do a clean install for example Windows Home - Windows 7 Professional or whatever as a complete fresh install surely it doesnt matter what windows OS you are previously running, I did Home Premium - Ultimate as a clean install and it went fine? Unless you want to keep documents and programs, a clean install shouldn't require 'Home Premium - Home premium' installation Originally Posted by Lewiie15
