I got banned for pretty much the same thing...

My appeal,

My Appeal:

I was banned on the 1st of May at around 10 o'clock for, allegedly, trying to steal account passwords. I can understand why you have chosen to permanently ban me, but I believe if you knew the situation, you may think twice.

I had just met up with an old mate, and I was telling him all the knew things in habbo. Such as the ability to wave by typing 'o/' and the ability to type someone's name by typing ': x'. As a complete joke, I said, "And if you type your pass and press enter..." then followed by "JOKE" "JOKE" "Joke MODS" - Just to make sure they knew it was a joke! - You will see this information in the chat logs of my account, named Prebbo .

However, around 2 minutes later I found myself staring at the Habbo client, with the message that i'd been permanently banned.

Please take my appeal into consideration as I believe it was a great misunderstanding to ban me in the first place.

I doubt you will be unbanned, their reason will be something like "we take scamming very serious here, and you should learn a lesson from this!"

It's a bit like saying 'Look I have got a bomb in my bag' at the airport they are bound to take action. It's a very old scam that some do use to steal passwords. As others have said get in touch with them and explain it was a joke and say it won't happen again. See what happens.

That basically sums up my opinion. Why say that if you knew you were going to get a ban, trying to steal passwords, such as in this way, results in a perm ban. In your appeal try and include that you were joking. But Habbo hardly ever un-ban perms
