Yeah and waste taxpayers money. In Pakistan they can only do what all the other terrorists are doing... which is not a huge amount.

it's bugger all to do with the EU. we don't share borders with the EU at all - we are a member of the EU but we still have an effective border between them. Every EU national who wants to come to the UK for whatever reason has to show a passport or ID card and the same goes the other way. a pakistani national has to do the same. This is unless they come through via Ireland where we have a 'Common Travel' area, which is nothing to do with the EU but an agreement between Ireland and the UK. I've heard stories of people who've smuggled themselves/drugs into the UK via remote areas of scotland for heavens sake.

Well they'd look the same and I'm pretty sure they'd keep a photo of deported terrorists on file... if it was as easy as fake ID then I'm sure hell of a load more terrorists/criminals would be flying in and out more freely. It's not a nightclub.

Deporting them will make it harder, seeing as they have to fly back over and attempt to pass security checks. If the system is any good they wont. Keeping them here is just wrong, they're bloody terrorists for crying out loud. Keeping them here is worse than deporting them and hoping they don't come back. I think you just like to disagree.

yeah but the problem is that if you charge him and he's found not guilty you have to let him go freely. they said they do have evidence but not enough (or perhaps they don't want to disclose the evidence - ongoing inquiries, bigger fish to fry?)
