Applications will not officially close as such, however, can I please urge people to apply tonight or tomorrow morning between 9-11 as thats when I'll be replying to most applications

So your putting a team togeather now, made up a volenteers, they start on the 25th, and the site is to be open within 15 days of that, and you somehow expect your site to be full of content. All I can say is good luck

Nope, I expect a few reviews in each section, once the site opens visitors will be able to submit more reviews and obviously the volunteers will be able to add more and moderate the ones people submit.
