
You may well have a high metabolism.
Drink loads of protein shakes, and as already said look at your calories intake.
I'm 17, and my BMI is 24, but I often take part in military-endurance activities.
My cousin was like that because he was really small as a baby then when he hit 16 he was still far too skinny. He took these tablets to put on weight or something and he gained some and looked normal again. I don't know what tablets they were but they turned out great. He had to go on a diet after taking them but then you eat normally or something so it was pretty good.
to gain weight just eat lots and lots of junk food. then after bang out the exercise.

Do what I did to put on weight.
Eat your normal calorie intake and then drink two calorie milkshakes on top. This put me up to the 3200 calories a day I needed to start putting weight on. Whilst I drank them I put on 6lbs in about 10 days.
