The keys don't work anymore because they are blacklisted. You have to use a crack.

Download the trial and you get the choice to enter a key.
Go to www.piratebay.org and search 'Photoshop CS3'. Go through as much links as you can and a lot of people post keys in the description, so you don't actually download the torrent, just copy and paste into Photoshop and it should work! I downloaded a crack but that is the only choice I can think of without downloading torrents & I do the key thing for loads of programmes.
