I think Wiki have a program you can download and then upload to a website to make a Wikpedia type website. That could work, unless that's filled with adverts?

Would this website include information about previous Hotel Managers like Jibbi, Callie etc?

Ya I'm using MeidaWiki for it

and there would be hopefully, but being a .com based user, I personally don't think I know enough about them to create one yet unless someone else does
