That wouldn't be the fault of the Hotel, but more of the guest. You can always contact Front Desk and they would be happy to either relocate you, upgrade you or sort your problem out. Dependent on occupancy rate.
No I'm saying if you want a 5* Hotel, choose a different brand of Marriott Hotels. I have stated which brands are luxury 5* Hotels.
Jen, once ma fam got a discount of like 50% to stay at a marriott which was like so nice, it was a lovely break from the hard toil of daily poverty
but they didn't have any mugs in the suite..... we had to drink tea from bowls.
Which brand of hotel did you stay at? Also if you contact front desk they'd of been happy to assist you.
O.o It would be dependent on what brand you stay at as to what service you would have got. Most Marriott Brands will have mugs, also if you stayed in a courtyard by Marriott they've recently had a revamp as a brand and now offer a lot more for a reasonable rate, which also meant that their star rating at some hotels have increased.
I wish I had a weight problem............................ but they did upgrade me and also compensate me, when bill found out he hit the roof apparentlyThat wouldn't be the fault of the Hotel, but more of the guest. Yes your situation will always be sorted out and Marriott will always sort you out to apologise for the trouble. Which is why Marriott has been awarded many awards, and is also one of FORTUNE Magazine's best places to work.
