Am I right in assuming that this escalated simply from users not wanting to have to take the name out of the room? If that's the case then it's a completely unjustified position - clearly they were fine with the room itself and the moderator in question has locked it due to the people inside rather than what it is, which is an utterly ridiculous way to work. A shop wouldn't be shut down just because a customer started shouting.

@David: that is her fault. As far as I'm aware Habbo have never taken responsibility for betting and gambling on the client, as it would be far too much work with no proof either way, and there are enough warnings on the trading screen anyway.

Yes, when it's an obvious scam, but in a casino scam I have never seen a moderator show such a lack of sympathy.

I am not renaming the rare values desk as I havent broken any habbo rules nor have Jin or any other Habbox room owners, this guy has serious issues it appears - especially the way the punishments are being handed out. If Sulake are actually behind this rule then looks like its a return back to the days were this was commonplace under Callie + as a 'professional' company they should clarify the rule before banning people under it, as technically at the moment it does not even exist.
