I gave them a ring last night and they said they'd been having some problems and recieved loads of complaints about slow internet this weekend. Went on the service status for my postcode and says they're attempting to fix the fault. Weird how it still said 20 mb. I know 20 is fast, but my loading times were anything but that.
Cheers guys I'll throw out some reps for you all.
