    This happened to me like three years ago and it never got fixed. I was told for me personally it was because my Live ID had expired and reactivated and during the time it expired it blocked all communications from Habbo mailings.
    Seriously.

    I'd personally suggest GoogleMail. A reliable and easy to access email provider. Good luck!

    When i was trying to get my account back they sent me an email requesting me to use a different email provider, so when i used googlemail they sent me the email the next day
