bad idea, if i say that she will literally have a list consiting of 20 jobs and i've already done quite alot to be fair

i rarely ask too and i hate doing it i feel so rude lol

Goooood redeemed yourself lol, can't stand people who just expect everything from their parents for nothing. tbh your best bet is asking if you can borrow some money and that you'll pay them back, obv works better if you actually have a job or something but still it shows that you've got good intentions and aren't just taking advantage

Just go for it, i always wait till my mums in a good mood, then just straight out say, 'im going out this weekend, can i have a bit of money' and shes like sure thing al, after all you are so ******* amazing. and im like, yeh i know no biggie.

Maybe you can tell them you're going out?
If I ask my mum for some money so I can go shopping by myself she doesn't usually agree, but when I'm going out with my friends and she knows she'll give me lots of money to shop.
