Very rarely because I hate it! If my family have it I'll usually make myself something different but they don't often have it either

Very rarely, my mums out every sunday.

I have them on occassions (such as today i had one for no apparent reason) but not every week though.

erm not really, we eat as if its any normal day

I'll be honest, I'm not up to speed with what Sunday dinner is. Though There is only one occasion our family eats one meal together, which is on Christmas Eve
I'm not crazy, ask my toaster.
