Anyway just thinking I have to split mine single from multiplay

Multiplayer = COD4 because of what I said
Singleplayer = MW2, love the soundtrack, love the story, love the characters.

Definitely Cod 4 because imo it was the best playing wise, plus that was the game where all my friends always played and we'd always have a 6 person party of friends so there was always fun and laughs going on.

WaW - Love zombies, the online is alright aswel
4/MW - Good gameplay, has the basics - Which is all i want.

CoD 4 definitely helped boost the popularity of FPS sales and allowed tons of people to play them without needing a fancy gaming pc

My favourite is definitely CoD4, its just the best one in my opinion. I had never played a fps online before CoD4, I used to play gears of war all the time, and it was the only reason I had an xbox. I was introduced to CoD4 and played it soooo much, which got me into the fps genre, and I've bought loads of them since, like battlefield, halo etc.

Singleplayer in MW2 was one giant Michael Bay film. While being epic, fun and all those nice big things; it lacked substance and true character. COD4 was more subtle in its approach to a story, and I cared more about everything in COD4's campaign than in MW2.

So COD4 > MW2 in every single way.

I've seen some pathetically stupid posts in here. Have none of you realized how bad MW2 is? The campaign was so stupid and don't get me started on the huge multiplayer disappointment.
