I count 64 names there of people who entered.

Now that isn't very good is it? No. You couldn't even get a third of people to take part in the comps that actually entered. I could post a competition once a day and get more entries on my own that you and your over staffed dying department.

PS: There hasn't been a competition in 5 days? Having a break from all that hard work?

+ You still haven't sorted out those tacky images i complained about months and months ago.

I did think why there hasnt been a competition in a while. According to their calendar, the last competition for this month was 21st June, and that was supposed to be posted by me ... but I left.

We didn't expect everyone who entered to take part. That's natural. However, you can't say it wasn't a success when entries reached an all time high. We also know that there are some people and I'm afraid to say you're one of them who would never be happy and we have no interest in trying to please these people, they're a waste of my time to be perfectly honest with you. You want everything your way, well I'm afraid that's not always possible.

PS. You're totally right about that, there's a management meeting today and I'm going to propose an idea there to solve it. That period is used for administration purposes such as sorting out prizes, contacting winners, writing reports. Also, competitions are done 4 days in advance so it may look like they're having a week off but they actually have about a day? It's not very long at all.

+ Yes, we haven't sorted out images. We have priorities and image quality is at the bottom of my list, we'll get round to it when we sort out our more important problems.

I don't really know how you don't have time. You said you have 4 days at the end of the month to do all the admin work. You're not posting comps every day are you? No you're not. When other staff are posting them im sure you could have sorted out them images. Its been like 5 months since i said it. You're very slow arent you?
You're also a sorry excuse for a manager, you don't care what people think? Good one.. I think i speak for most people when i say that your comps are **** and boring, seriously it bores people even reading them.

Also what are these top priorities you have ahead of images that would make the competitions more appealing to people?

I do care what people think, that's why I listened in December, it's why I've done feedback surveys but I don't really care about the opinions of people that would never be happy even if we bent over backwards for them and did everything they wanted. Obviously it doesn't bore people or we wouldn't have had 538 entries this month, it bores you but you're not everyone, are you?

You also say they're **** but don't offer any suggestions to improve them apart from change images. Change images to what exactly? The graphics department aren't exactly our slaves, I think it'd be unfair to ask them to do 40 banners a month for competitions, so we look to other alternatives. Maybe you don't like them, I actually don't think people care that much, they're still entering them regardless of what picture we stick on them.

As for priorities, mostly concentrating on advertising, prize system (it's really slow atm), feedback surveys.
