The same thing happened to my knee the other day. It just clicked out of no where and now it really hurts whenever I move my leg. Walking is a pain. I wish you (and mysefl!) a swift recovery.

Well it obviously isn't normal and you'd best get it checked out. Even if you're just told to rest and take painkillers, at least you might find out how to avoid doing the same thing again. Best of luck x
