I would add a name change system as some people have suggested so users can change their names and also scrap all the childish mods that ban for anything. I would also merge the support tool with habbo.com.

a lot of people have said name change, but that would really mess up the system, because of if you change your name, it would have to change on all of there friends lists and stuff. and their habbo rooms, it would become really sloppy.

And what Samology said, I would change the furniture/credit prices.

As said before, change the moderation staff. If not then the credit rate on the exchange and make credits worth buying and not some very bad deals.
