But there 16, age limit is 18 so technically they can;t although Rareboy was only 17 butt he got a badge when he was 16 ( the rule was 16 then) now hes fired though

Firstly, being a Hobba is nothing special. Those who actually like helping on a
virtual site are lying. Those who do want to be a Hobba, want it for the fame and 'celebrity' tag that comes with having the badge.

From what i've heard, Zycon was work experience, and he kept the badge longer than usual because Mandy wanted to see if a 16YR old at school could follow out Hobba duties as well as upkeep with their school work.

As for elki, he did well at work experience so kept the badge.
Geglash also did work experience and did a good job so he
kept his badge.
