Very rarely, used to have all the time but went on a family health spurt, i lost just under a stone from quitting takeaways

uh this is becoming quite a habbit for me, im usually out and about with my mates, since i can drive, and i have a job, so therefore i have money, and eatout probably once a day. im trying terribly hard to stop though.

Takeaway usually once a week and sometimes through the week we will go for a pub meal or go somewhere for fast food like kfc or mcdonalds.
