Just a few that come to mind:

George Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue - A masterpiece of a song that starts out with an incredibly difficult clarinet glissando in the beginning. It's very intereseting, and the piece features nearly all of the sections of the orchestra (especially the brass section, which I love because I am trumpet player).

Shostakovich's Symphony no. 5, fourth movement - A very intense piece that really never gets boring. It's very cool to hear the main theme traded between instruments throughout the song. Plus, the opening and ending are a timpani players dream come true. Check out the conductor in the recording I included, he's fun to watch haha.

Allen Vizutti's Fire Dance - As a trumpet player, whenever I need some type of inspiration or motivation, this is the man I listen to, to find it. He pretty much is currently considered the best technical player of his time, and I have had the honor to see him play live, and some of the things he can do is unbelievable. You don't even need to know much about the trumpet to be entertained by his incredible abilities.

Stravinsky's Rite of Spring - I'm just beginning to get into classical music, but this song is a great example of how music can be used to paint imagery or emotions into a person's mind. It's even hard to believe that this is the product of one person's work, but Stravinsky was clearly a genius. The changing meters and the harmonies are just... ridiculous. In a good way.

Well that should be a good start, hope you like what I posted!
