    What about when one pair of numbers are higher than the other. E.G - if I get 3,3 and someone else gets 2,2. Do I win?

    Yes.
    If you got 4, 4 and 5, 5 and the other person only got 3, 3 and 4, 4 - you would win. If you're ever in doubt, just look and what seems like the best hand and you'll probably be right
