As the others said, they use SAM 2 or SAM 3. For tuts about Sam Broadcaster go to http://rbguides.com and have a look on there. It's a bit empty at the moment but theres plans for it coming very soon (you can find them in the web and development section) so keep your eyes peeled..

Hey guys, the only sam broadcaster that works on my laptop is sam4 i cant seem to download the sam3 / sam 2 even after uninstalling sam 4 can anybody help?

Also depends what you class as DJs. Most people class DJs as people who mix and people who just play as presenters.

If you wanted to be an actual DJ doing mixes and stuff most people use something similar to Virtual DJ and also proper mixers and other equipment.

Sam 4 has separate settings for MP3 and mp3PRO - so they're not together when you try and create the encoder which makes the radio stop as it's different encoder settings to the other DJ's.
I'm guessing she does mean a presenter, as a DJ for Habbox so in that case she does need SAM2/3
