you get them after completing a quest which is meant to be longer and harder than while guthix sleeps and has a lot of requirements of 90+ stats i've heard.

Some of the new rewards are ok, just did a clue scroll earlier getting some sara arrows, worthless to sell cuz there 400 each
as for some of the masks, there hitting up to 20 mil

Ive been looking into those new kit's from the elite clue scrolls, you can use them on the dragon armor to make them either fancier or spikier than they are, the kits are tradeable but the item with it on cannot, and can be taken on/off at any time
