Guys and girls have the style it's nice but you have to be a special kind of person to be able to pull it off! I'd hate to have it done then find out i look lame because there is no going back

It's an undercut that's been swept over the top to one side, would probably need quite a lot of product to keep it there, and quality product if you don't want it to look dirty and sticky

Really do not approve of it but it's up to you what you do with your hair lol. In most good hairdressers I'm sure if you took a picture of it in with you and asked for it, you'd get it. Just make sure it really is a good hairdressers though or it might be the worst copy ever.
