I've only had that problem with the Windows version
It's usually caused by poorly written/thought about scripts (infinite loops etc.) If it's too much of a problem use Chrome or Safari (I still prefer Firefox btw.)

I have to agree with you here too. Firefox does not play nicely with OS X. Then again I've also had a beef with Chrome after some software updates so I've gone back to using Safari. Ah, well--atleast scrolling is smooth Originally Posted by Recursion

I don't have any problems with Firefox (3.6.8), well one but that's Adobe Flash's fault.
