So do required prefixes and ask the Forum Moderators of the tech forum to suggest the prefixes, and ask for suggestions in a thread in the specific forum to supplement it. Problem solved.

(Obviously this isn't my suggestion now that six other people have suggested variations...just simplified.)

PAID FREE and OTHER would be fine. I do agree that the Web Hosts and Paid Requests weren't active enough to warrant their own subforum. They are all based on the same thing anyways.

No - the prefixes were always there, they haven't been forced yet.
