As other people have said I think this whole thing surrounding racism is starting to go to far, and the P-C Brigade really don't help situations either infact they make things even worse.
Personally I think that with that term it's either racist or it's not. I don't see how it's okay for rappers or other Black people to use it and call eachother it if no one else can. Im sorry but it's either racist or it's not, and this is regardless of your skin colour and the background you are from. Why is it okay for some to say it but others aren't? You can either say it or you can't, end of. You can't have one rule for one and another for others.

and there are no "rules." you ARE allowed to say the N word as much as you want. no ones going to arrest you. the consequences are purely social, so that means its a public consensus, its not like the government says you arent allowed to say the N word.
