    i don't really it comes naturally.. if i understand the work i'll concerntrate & focus more and vice-versa

    :s well really i make sure i get a decent amount of sleep, ive started drinking a lot of water recently rather than pop etc. i have a tuna sandwich every school day (yes i know thats weird to eat the same thing like routine) and if i know im not gunna be 100% (usually hangover - usually work though) i get a mcdonalds breakast before starting and have a bottle of lucozade close by

    I sit down and listen to a bit of Taylor Swift or a bit of mild rock. in school .. well I just try and sneak out my I-Pod

    If it's something boring, then nothing will improve my concentration. If its some sort of presentation then I'll lose concentration after about 20 mins and then start thinking about other stuff

    Same really. If I understand it I'll do it - if it seems difficult I'll just drift in and out.

    I do drink a lot of water though which helps.
