I'd suggest just drinking water and getting some sleep.

There is a very good reason that your body craves things like chips and kebabs when you're out drinking - you need certain carb and/or fat supplies to be replenished so that you don't get this ill, especially if you didn't eat beforehand. Even I eat before drinking heavily. Take this time as a warning and just hope that it passes quickly

Should of drank loads of water before you went to bed, its what i do and most of the time i feel okayish in the morning.
Just drink something like coke/lucozade and go back to bed for an hour or 2.

Thanks for all the help! Later on in the day I was able to eat some bacon and drink some milk, since then I have been able to eat/drink things a lot better.

I don't know if anyone understands how this feels but I was really stupid and had way too much, I can't remember how I got home at all. The last thing I remember is trying to find somewhere to have a piss, then it was if I literally woke up in my bed. My clothes are soaking wet and muddy, still have my phone + money so glad I didn't lose them. I know I didn't get the bus because I hadn't spent any money at all (still have the same notes that I took). I just hate the idea of this, I probably made a right fool out of myself. I would actually seriously consider going to one of them places that hypnotise you and find out things that you can't remember as it bugs me that bad, although it would probably be really embarrassing. I honestly cannot remember anything, it's scary. There must be things that can help bring memory back?!
