Omg, 10+ listeners! So much!! I seriously doubt he told ITV about it. If he were to use it ITV WOULD have made him pay for it - you don't get anything free. And using the brand name wouldn't come cheap. Btw, your grammar and spelling is actually terrible. If you're planning on running a fansite improve it or no-ones gonna use it? You need it to be PERFECT otherwise it will look unprofessional.
P.S. I hate the layout, it's really ugly and the banner is actually an eyesore.
