I think the stats shown are really bad. HF had more than that and we had like 6 members and a dog. However, things are improving so hopefully this time in a month there will be constantly more than 2K. Good debate btw, when I said it was I was like WTH!! but it has really got people going so nice choice

HxL listeners do appear to be going up a bit which is reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy good and I think one of the main reasons why is because we now have a higher amount of DJs so the listeners get more variety which is better than just like 1 DJ for 5 hours or so, so well done Gemma for hiring lots of good ones !

The forum stats seem to be really good as well so ye well done guys!!

Yeah agreed, the other fact is that the trialists are actually good...and since I started listening in 08, I saw a steady decline in standards when hiring DJs until it got to the point I found it offensive when I hadn't been trialed against some of the new DJs. Now I'm glad to say the DJ team is back on the rise, all the trialists are brilliant and the current DJs are awesome ;]

This is why we need to know more stats etc so that we can share these with the public and celebrate the good times, rather than always moaning about things being bad (even though we never have stats to prove they are bad)

I don't see why it can't be incorporated into sunday updates somehow. Weekly stats or something.
