Go on to your Internet Explorer, go on to Tools, then scroll down to Internet options...
A small box appears, then look at the middle of it, it should have Temporary Internet files, then click on Delete Files.. Another small box appears, then check the box that says Delete all offline content.
This process basically clears out your internet browser, ( cache ).
When I was experiencing problems logging into Habbo, I contacted them and they sent back info such as this.
